Our value-based model
We accept missions only when we believe we create enough value for the client in excess of our fees.
All our projects are fixed-fee. There’s never a meter running, and we have a track record of returning many times our fees in value to our clients.
Olivier has built 20 years experience in international business, holding regional and global positions in business leadership, marketing, sales, innovation and product management.
Before joining Innovarte, he served as global business director at DSM, a Dutch multinational company, in charge of the High Protective Textiles business for DSM Dyneema division, from 2013 to 2016.
